Combined Auctions: We combined  your auctions to save on shipping, but request that you only send ONE (1) payment for all your purchases. This helps us save on paypal.com fees that are charged for each payment.  If you send seperate payments you will need to pay full shipping charges for each auction.  This covers additional paypal fees, printing, and time we spend processing the extra payments.  We will run "tabs" for you for up to one week, so you can combined auctions and save on shipping charges.  Please email Elizabeth to request S&H for your combined auctions.

Ebay Checkout: This is a great new feature for you to checkout before we even contact you.  When you do, all info that you need is provided by ebay, including our mailing address and your total due.  If you are going to use paypal.com, use email auction@labelland.com to make your payment.

Invoices for auctions:You will be notified within 3 days of winning the auction of your total for your item by Paypal.com automated invoices. We can also send an invoice through ebay if you request one.  Using ebay checkout will also work(see above).

Invoices for Ebay Store: Store items do not recieve paypal.com invoices until the end of the listing, so you may want to just checkout through ebay.  If you do not checkout within 3 days of your store purchase, we will send you an invoice through ebay.  You will get a paypal.com invoice, but it may not be for some time depending on when the store listing ends. (some people already have their items by the time it is sent!)

No Invoice?  If you do not recieve an invoice through paypal.com or ebay, you can either checkout or email us for an invoice.  Sometimes auctions get missed, so please let us know if you have been missed.

Mailing your payment:  Check or money orders are accepted.  We HOLD all checks for 5-10 business days.  We hold MONEY ORDERS from banks for up to 10 days, but send USPS money orders on next shipping day. Please include your ebay checkout page, or a hand written note with your name, address, and items purchased.  If you do not send this information, we will not be held responsible for your item not being sent.  We have several people each month who's payments have come in, but we dont know where to send there item or how to contact them.

Nonpaying Bidder Policy:: After 15 days of no payment received, we will file a non-paying bidder alert. This is just a reminder for you that we have not gotton your payment and DOES NOT affect you negatively on ebay. AFTER 30 days, a non-paying refund will be requested through ebay, THIS WILL affect your ebay rights and reflect negatively towards ebays rules.

Refunds:  Refunds are given for the price of the item only.  S&H charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. You MUST return  your item within 10 days of your email stating you wish to return item.  After 10 days NO Refunds will be given.

Insurance: If you have a glass item, rare label, or high value auction we strongly recommend you purchase insurance for your item.  Please let us know if you would like insurance. Minimum insurance is $50.00 value for $1.30 with no signature required.  All insurance $100 value or more requires a signature.

Payments: Please mail your payment within 5 days of receiving our notice, so it can be received by us within 6-10 days from the end of the auction. Checks and money orders will be accepted, Credit cards can be used through Paypal.com.

Shipping: All payments received by Wednesday 12:00 noon, will be shipped the next Saturday.  All payments received after Wednesday 12:01 pm, will be sent the following Saturday.  We work two jobs each and dont have free hours during M-F postal hours to ship, so Saturday is our only day we can ship.

California Residents:California residents are required to pay 7.75 %(as of 1-1-02) sales tax. If we receive your payment without the tax, it will delay shipment of your item until we receive the tax. Your tax amount is based on the auction price of item, there is no tax on S&H.

Negative or hidden feedback: We reserve the right not to sell to eBay users with Negative feedback ratings or hidden feedback.

Credit Cards:  You can pay with your credit card through PayPal.com. Email is auction@labelland.com and we are verified.

Feedback: Feedback is given to everyone who sends his or her payment within 10 days of our notice. After 10 days, no feedback will be given. Feedback is done about once per month.  Normally we do the previous month on the 15th of the next month.  For example, July sales are given feedback on August 15.
