General Questions

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email to confirm your order has shipped as well as the link to
track your order (when the delivery method allows it). 

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.  

If you have not received your order, please let us know within 60 days of placing the order. After 60 days, your order is closed and we are no longer able to process refunds, corrections or resend orders.

We are unable to make changes to the order once the order is complete.  

Orders can only be cancelled on the day the order was placed, please contact customer service at service@labelland.com or 732-987-3915.  

Once you have received a shipping email, we can no longer cancel your order.  

 

Since our products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns unless an item can be shown to be faulty. If this is the case, we ask that you return the unused labels within 45 days of receiving your order, along with the reason for the return.  

We’re sorry to hear you received an item that’s not perfect. Please contact customer service at service@labelland.com or 732-987-3915 with your order number and the incorrect items to help us sort out the issue right away.  

For any other order issues, please contact Customer Service within 45 of placing your order.  

Payment

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. 

Additionally, we accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.  

Shipping

Shipping address changes can only be made on the day the order was placed, please contact customer service at service@labelland.com or 732-987-3915.

Please note, once you have received a shipping email, your order has shipped we are no longer able to make changes to the address.

 We ship orders world-wide.  

Once the order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process it for delivery. 

Standard shipping time within the United States is 1-5 business days. Shipping outside the United States can take 2-4 weeks. 

 We offer faster shipping options within the United States: 

  • FedEx 2Day® (2 business days) - $9.95 
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day) - $29.95  

You can choose the shipping option at checkout.
